(2) Dial country code + phone number of other party
(3) Press the Start button.

Omit the first 0 if the mobile phone number of the other party or area code starts with 0. (Except for some countries and regions.)

It's simple to make a videophone call. As with a voice call, enter the number starting with “+” and in the final step press the videophone button to dial out.
